Wyatt Mace didn't move here to sell insurance. He was born and raised in Farmington and opened his Allstate agency here in 2018, insuring the same community he grew up in. It's also where he and his wife, Karissa, are raising their three daughters.
Through organic growth, strategic acquisitions, and a relentless focus on building a high-performing sales and service organization, Wyatt and his team have built The Mace Agencies into an award-winning agency recognized among Allstate's top performers nationwide. Today, a team of nearly 20 sales professionals, service specialists, and leaders works together to serve thousands of customers across New Mexico.
Despite its size, the philosophy behind the agency remains the same as it was when Wyatt opened the doors in Farmington in 2018: hire great people, take care of customers, continually improve, and never allow growth to replace the personal service of a local agency.
Wyatt's background runs wider than most agents'. Before and alongside the agency he worked as both an insurance agent and a mortgage broker, and he's an Allstate Personal Financial Representative — which means the conversation doesn't have to stop at the car and the house. Protecting what a family owns and planning what it's building are the same conversation here.
